Rose'
Lonicera 2023: Sold out. A blend of Haskap and Grape with a soft fruity bouquet and a grapefruit palate.
Red Wine
Pinot Noir 2021: With a bouquet of cherry and a palate of cherry with a hint of pepper. Pairs with roast beef, pastrami, pasta and lamb.
Marechal Foch 2022: This wine has a rich black cherry colour. Bouquet of currants and sweet blackberries. Full bodied with complex flavours of currant. Pairs with red meats, hearty winter stew.
Marechal Foch 2023: Deep Maroon with a black currant bouquet. Palate of deep cherry, well rounded with a hint of smokiness. Pairs with BBQ, Brisket, Spicy Sausages, Paella.
Dessert Wine
Dernier Foch: Sold Out. A Deep Maroon with a caramel bouquet. Palate of red currant, caramel and cherry with a hint of cinnamon. Pairs well with apple pie and cheese board.
